About Us
Shalon Warren, LMSW, CPS-P
Executive Director & Founder
Shalon started this organization after recognizing the challenges many young people face when they lack access to guidance, resources, and opportunity. Believing that mentorship and support can change the course of a life, she created this program to help underserved youth realize their potential. What began as a vision to make a difference has grown into a community dedicated to empowering the next generation.
Elizabeth Lopez, LCSW, RPT
Clinical Director
Elizabeth brings 12 years of clinical expertise as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist to the Smarthouse Inc. leadership team. With extensive specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and trauma-informed care, she excels at high-intensity problem-solving and fostering resilient environments. Licensed in Georgia and Florida, Elizabeth is dedicated to applying her "life worth living" philosophy to our company culture, ensuring a supportive and high-functioning workplace for all.
